Initial Contact
When you submit an online enquiry, request a solar quote or give us a call, a member of our friendly customer service team will talk you through the process of installing solar. They will ask for some basic information about your home, and arrange a time for a technical solar adviser to visit your home, or arrange a online video meeting with you.
In Home Consultation
Personal Consultation
One of our highly experienced technical advisers will visit your home or sit down with you over video chat. They will analyse your electricity bill and usage profile and gain an understanding of your motivation to install solar. They will invetigate your property to ensure the correct size and type of system for your needs.
They will be able to explain the advantages of different products, answer any questions you may have and also provide some useful hints to get the maximum benefit from your installation.

We navigate the red tape
Our customer service team will assist you in navigating the various requirements prior to, and after, your solar installation. Some processes such as network Permission To Connect we will complete on your behalf.
Other forms, such as the Solar Victoria rebate must be completed by you – however our team will guide you through the process and help you ensure it goes as smoothly as possible.
Installation
Once your rebate has been approved, our customer service team will be in touch to arrange an installation date. Your installation will be completed by one of our five in-house teams or if aggreed by you, by one of our approved partners. Our teams all work to the same exacting standards, use the same materials and follow the same processes. The installers will arrive around 7am, and most installs are completed same day. The installers will let you know if they need access to the inside of your home, and once the install is completed they will give you a run through of how the system works.
Enjoy the savings
Once your install is completed we book an independent electrical inspector to confirm compliance of your system. This can take up to 10 business days to complete. We then submit a copy of your Electrical Certificate of Safety, Electrical Works Request and a Generator Connection Form to your retailer. You also receive copy of these documents. You can then contact your retailer to arrange a tariff and they will inform your distributor of the required meter works. The distributor will either upgrade your meter to a smart meter or they will reconfigure the existing meter to reflect your solar install.
Ongoing support
Once your system is all up and running, we are always here to troubleshoot any issues you may have, provide advice on how to get the most out of your investment and deal with any service related issues.
